How long does a reply take?+
We respond to form submissions received on weekdays within an average of 6-12 hours, and to submissions received on weekends by Monday noon.
What should I prepare for the meeting?+
Your current goals, the performance data of the last 3 months if any, viewing-only access to your web/app/social media analytics, and your reference brands if possible. Even if none of these are ready, the meeting will still be productive.
Am I required to share my budget?+
No, but it helps. If the budget range is unclear, we clarify it together during the meeting. We talk with you regardless of your budget model.
Can I work with you from abroad?+
Of course. 30% of our clients are based abroad (UK, US, AE). We can hold all our meetings in Turkish or English.

In Maslak we have an office with a hybrid team that's fully packed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When you'd like to meet, scheduling in advance is enough — our door is always open, but if our coffee runs out, we have to brew a new pot together.
